Founder and CEOMarina is a Founding Partner and CEO and manages strategic development of the Group. She is overseeing and supervising portfolio companies as a shareholder and often as a Board Member.
Marina is a Swiss Citizen residing in Zurich with her husband Henric and their two daughters. With over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, she has worked with major investment banks and has held various management positions in financial as well as industrial private equity firms.
She holds several seats at management as well as supervisory boards. Marina has vast experience in complex M&A transactions and holds master degrees in math, law and economics and speaks 5 languages.
Henric
Groenberg
Founder and CEO
Henric is a Founding Partner and CIO of the group. He is managing the second largest asset in the portfolio, namely Villa Reale di Marlia outside of Lucca, Italy, a historical park and museum.
Besides this, he is overseeing the liquid portfolio and private investments of the group. Henric is a dual Swedish / Swiss citizen living in Zurich. Henric has an extensive career in asset management and private equity in Sweden, Norway and Switzerland.
He holds a masters degree in economics and, being a passionate helicopter and fixed wing pilot, he has also been managing a small helicopter operation for the past decade.
